Ms. Małgorzata Maria Kućmierczyk (Gosia) is a highly accomplished academic leader and industry professional with extensive experience in the fields of hospitality, tourism, and education. As of August 2024, she serves as the Assistant Director of the School of Foundation Studies at PSB Academy, where she continues her mission to align academic programs with the evolving needs of the industry. Before this role, Gosia held key leadership positions such as Academic Director and Head of School of Hospitality and Tourism for over nine years. Her strategic vision and strong industry connections have been pivotal in creating future-proof programs that prepare students for success in the dynamic hospitality and tourism sectors.
Gosia’s career spans various educational and hospitality roles across Asia, including teaching positions in China and guest relations management in India. She brings a wealth of experience from her work as an English teacher and senior lecturer, where she was known for enhancing student learning experiences and fostering student relationships through innovative and interactive teaching methods.
